Zenitel strongly recommends testing the basic configuration, wiring and operation of all systems before installation in the field, even if it is a simple system. If networking is involved this will save you a great deal of time during installation if you understand how things are supposed to fit and work together. See Contact Zenitel USA for information.

Many of the files included in this section are in zip format. You can download Winzip here www.winzip.com for an extraction utility if you need it. To install programs you need to extract all the files and folders to a temporary folder on the hard drive, then install the program from the hard drive.
